Rebranding for GIHC

Summary

Created the brand identity for a holistic health provider under ClinicBOOM. Led discovery, concept, and design to craft an emblem uniting care, faith, and growth. The final mark — a tree, cross, and unified circular form — became a deeply personal symbol of the founder’s journey.

 

 

Full Case Study

This project was created under my role as Creative Director at clinicBOOM., where our team was tasked with developing a meaningful brand identity for Georgia Integrated Health Center.

 

From the beginning, we knew this wouldn’t be a simple logo design. The founder’s journey — her faith, her commitment to holistic healing, and the personal experiences that shaped her mission — carried a deep emotional weight. Through a series of thoughtful conversations, I came to understand the essence of what she wanted the brand to represent: addressing the root cause of health, not just its symptoms.

 

 

Based on those insights, I developed three distinct moodboards, each exploring a different creative direction. Together with our project manager, we reviewed these with the client to learn what resonated most — not just visually, but emotionally.
From that collaboration, the final emblem emerged:
a circular mark carrying the clinic’s name, a rooted tree symbolizing growth and holistic healing, and a subtle, slightly rotated medical cross — a nod to both care and faith.

 

 

Design Concept

The visual identity draws from nature’s grounded and restorative qualities. An olive green evokes growth, renewal, and calm — connecting the clinic to its holistic philosophy. The warm brown brings balance and stability, symbolizing the human element and rooted strength at the heart of healing. These tones are anchored by soft white space, reflecting clarity, professionalism, and trust.

 

 

The emblem combines three core elements: the Greek cross, representing care and faith; a tree with interwoven branches and roots, symbolizing holistic healing and life’s continuity; and two enclosing circles, which unify the composition into a single, harmonious mark — ensuring the individual elements feel connected, balanced, and whole.

 

 

Together, these details create a symbol that bridges the worlds of holistic wellness and modern medicine — and radiates the founder’s story authentically, true to her purpose and journey.

 

When we presented the design, the client was moved to tears. For her, it wasn’t only a logo — it was a visual reflection of her story, values, and purpose.
